   a pie chart is 2D there is no point in adding a 3rd dimension

   in the world of the blind man the one eyed man is king

   read “flatlanders” and weep. stick to the simple dont complicate things. someone else does that!

   Draw 40 Elipses (Circle Tilted 30%) decrementing the Y corordinate by 1 pixel

   Fill in Top Eclipse

   Draw the slices as radii from the center
   When Radii reaches edge of circle draw line from top circle to bottom

   Alot of work for an Interview question!
