I’d immediately die, long before any blades started moving. Reduction of mass requires that atoms be removed. Cells can’t function if you randomly remove 99% (+/-) of the atoms from them.

I’ll climb quickly to the center of glass. The centropital force won’t be felt since i’m in the middle, and the blades will fly around me. Hopefully I won’t get too sick :)

When you’re shrunk, your volume is reduced cubicly, and so is your mass, as the density is constant. Your muscle strenght, though, is reduced to the square as it’s proportional to the cross section area of your muscle fibers. Thus, you’d be able to jump right off the blender before it’s turned on. With such strong legs, lending won’t be a problem either.

That’s why the smaller the animal the higher they can jump, in proportion to their size.

If I was reduced to the size of a nickel I would lie down horizontally and watch the blades spin over head.

    or

I would take of my shirt and my pant tie a knot, sit under the blade and tie myself with the rod holding the blades.
