The ideal answer is one of flexibility. However, be honest. Give examples describing how you have worked in both situations.
It depends on the type of assignments you are working on. Sometimes you need to be alone for a while in order to complete important tasks but you also need a variety of ideas/opinions for a better solution.
According i would choose both because discussing with others we learn more at the same time i would like to create my own individuality.
if the team member’s are responsible enough to meet the job requirement than it is better to work in a team….it reduces magnitude of error, alleviates pressure, makes process more interested and product becomes variegated while ensuring quality.
i can work by myself and a vice versa.
I would like to work with others, because i believe there are 4 sets in knowledge sharing: one is a set of what i know and you dont know, 2nd is what you know that i dont know, 3rd is what we both know, 4th is what we both dont know. Hence by working together we can share knowledge, we can enhance what we both know together and we can learn together what we dont know.
I would like to work with others through which i can acquire my knowledge n also share my ideas with others then the result of that task will be the best!
I prefer to work in a team as more the brains, better the ideas, more to learn, better quality of work and less time required as well.
