I am very comfortable with the environment which gives me chance to explore my skills and ability.I would like to work both in a group and independent atmoshphere as and when required.There should also be a place in the environment to express my individuality.
I am very comfortable in an environment with an open communication among team members and across various levels of management hierarchy. I am very hard working and creative and would like an environment where I could be productive.
Try to relate your answer to the environment at that company with whom you are interviewing. End your answer by saying that I feel the environment at this company will provide me with enough opportunities to use and enhance my skills and be productive for the benefit of the company.
