   A successful manager is firm, but fair, a natural leader who is goal oriented and has high expectations. He/She provides guidance in meeting goals but also allows me the autonomy to perform my job to the best of my abilities.

   A successful manager is that who have 4D (Devotion, Dedication, Determination & Descipline) towards project development.

   According to me a Perfect manager is one who gives perfect guidance.In office he should be like a boss n when he is outside he should be friendly minded.

   a perfect manager should be clear about the project objective, resources available, capabilities of each and every individual in team ,strict enough to meet the product delivery well before the deadline, gregarious person not a martinet by nature, approchable……n he shouldn’t be too officious
