As I work well in a team, I learn quickly and also I know what I want for the future
This question can be answered in the same way as answering the question “Tell me about yourself”. Try to focus on 5 to 6 skills that would enable you to succeed in this position unlike others. Also clearly point out the chief differentiator in you. This question is also a chance to cover your mistakes during the interview. You might say something like “You may have interviewed other candidates with better technical skills than mine and I appreciate their knowledge of the subject. But <stengths> of mine would enable me to better succeed in this position than other candidates.” The ultimate goal is to market yourself on your strengths and overshadow your weaknesses.
for a fresher, i think this thing must work out
