   first of all his smartness,his way of talking to the interveiwer,how he catch the questions and his way of answering the questions,and how much time he should take for giving the answers after listening the question,,,

   I would verify his zeal, communication skills and observe how industrious he is. Whether he is fit to the organistion and is he willing to improve and eventually honesty is the best policy.
