   I would just be honest. If you can’t do it, then tell them up front. It will save you a lot of trouble later on if you lied in the beginning.

   Well, like to give more than 100% of my energy on weekdays thus for me, weekends are required to recharge all the batteries well spent over the week.

   Work Life balance is something important for me as…..and then give reasons as I have a young family and old parents to look after….and so on….

   If my work not getting over then no problem to work till i finish it. Other wise not willing to work in late nights & week ends. Week ends are precious to spend time with my family

   If the company has an unplanned emergency, then overtime and weekends are fine. If it is a normal expecation then no. The company needs to hire more people or fix the system. All work and no play makes one dull.
