    This is a trap question. During the interview, think real hard but fail to come up with anything that irritates you. A short statement that you seem to get along with your co-workers is great.

    If you are to answer and then”Complacency” can be the right answer, because it creates the right image in the mind of HR.

    “Lack of responsibility and accountability” maybe one of the reasons.

    avoiding to take responsibility and fail to achive targets in appropriate time makes me irritated
