   This is a very serious question and don’t make light of it…and also don’t give the impression that you like to fire people. You want to get across that you will do it when it is the right thing to do. When it comes to the company versus the individual who has created a harmful situation, you will protect the company.

   Well it totally comes on company’s part coz no one company wants to fire employee..
   But if it comes to company’s intergrity you should have sufficent information about it, before taking the decission of firing takes allternative with you and choose the right one.
