   Ok, so don’t lie to them. Don’t spend a lot of time talking about this…it is better to focus on the job you are trying to get and how you could help their organization.

   “Yes” that also a aloud and clear one.Let them know about the truth.But try to keep it as short as possible and move on to other things.Be ready to explain things is asked,but don’t overdo it.

   Don’t lie to answer this question. Whatever the answer would be, it should be the truth. Be straight forward. Don’t forget that interviewer was also a interviewee , so he knows the truth. So it would be better to say the truth.
