   It is good to be on the safe side and ask for a quote from one or two co-workers. You can then tell the interviewer word for word what they said, or just paraphrase it. Some good examples are:
   1.Jane is very hard working. She is always staying late to meet deadlines
   2. Jane is great to work with. She is always on top of her work and a great resource when I need help.

   If a work is given to her you can be sure that it will be done in a perfect way and on time.

   If any task handled by him then he will be dedicated to the work and complete the task within deadline
