Early in the morning when I woke up I go for walking, while walking usually I think about what is to be done on that day, I also maintain a dairy in which I write all the things that are to be done in that month, thats how I plan.
With my electronic calendar as the medium, my day is typically planned one, sometimes two weeks in advance. However, as circumstances change flexibility is not only crucial in helping me adapt but also to maximize effort and time in completing those daily tasks.
I always plan my day after arriving at the office. First I checked the pending tasks(if any) from the previous Day and then i spend around 30 mins to list down and prioritize the tasks according to their importance. This help me focused and always on my edge for the whole day.
I also plan the routine or recurring tasks that need to be done on daily and weekly basis. Outlook provides a v nice user interface to work with this kinda scheme.

I never plan my day, always go with circumstances, to get best out of them
i wake up early and note down the tasks that has to be finished on that day. i plan my day according to that.

I am having a habit to write down the tasks to be done on tomorrow’s date in my diary before sleeping this help me in alloting time accordingly
