   No there is no other input taken by the Alert class except OK button(which is available by default)

   Yes, you can add command to Alert in MIDP 1.0. But on some real devices there are some known issues, which not allow you to add command on MIDP 1.0 on some firmware. For eg. Nokia 6600 (Firmware 3.42.1)
