    Nobody noticed theres 11 hours worth of work to be done in a 9 to 5 shift? This is a very real world problem and there is no exact answer.

    Interview the candidate at 8 am and hire them to work generating the data for you saving you 4 hours;

    Meet the client (9 AM), and then meet the manager to discuss spec (10 AM), then update client on process in the afternoon (1PM);

    Lunch with prospective client (12PM) and text message your girlfriend to meet you for dinner after work (and take her roses).
