Meeting with Client A, Client B (Working @ lunch time ), Process data and present it to Client A and probably interview takes 1+1+3+1 = 6 hours..
Generating 4 data can take place in parallel, but allot 1 hour,
remaining 1 hour could be used to update Manager, Msg to friend..
Meet the client A and process the data which will be taking 4 hours .
Simultaneously having lunch & interviewing client B which will be taking another 1 hour.
Generating & preparing special requirements will take another 1 hour
Remaining 2 hours will b a pleasure fr updating the manager & convincing the friend.

1 hour, update status to the manager.
1 hour and 30 minutes, generate data.

Nobody noticed theres 11 hours worth of work to be done in a 9 to 5 shift? This is a very real world problem and there is no exact answer.
Interview the candidate at 8 am and hire them to work generating the data for you saving you 4 hours;
Meet the client (9 AM), and then meet the manager to discuss spec (10 AM), then update client on process in the afternoon (1PM);
Lunch with prospective client (12PM) and text message your girlfriend to meet you for dinner after work (and take her roses).
meet client A, taking specifications and process data which will be taking 2 hours.
2 hour, having lunch and discussion with customer B.
1 hour, interview a candidate.
1 hour, update status to the manager.
2 hour generate data.
