Determing why has the user entered a query sitting in a particular location. hence, how competent is the user in the field with which the query is related to.
    Eg:
user enters “hacking” and other enters “how to hacking” are queries that could retrieve similar URL’s in traditional search engines but the competency level of the user is entirely different in the two queries.

Generally search engines operate on key phrases , rather than trying to identify the meaning and presenting results in a more informative manner. For example when someone searches for “jobs” , search engines should provide results based on category or their meaning . like they can categorize jobs in different categories ( medical,IT,banking etc) and let the user decide which job category he wants to search , again these categories can be sub-categorized.instead of providing links to merely unnecessary sites , this appraoch may use Artificial Intelligence and hence will provide results in a more structured and automated way . It’ll help users to do the searching task some what automated rather than visiting the links and digging out information by urself.
